So you operate a booking service for events in South Australia which has a group transport component.  Wine tours?  Pub crawls?  Sporting trips?  Airport Transfers?  Weddings?

I truly hope you are faring ok during these tumultuous times.  Here’s wishing for many more predictable years to come.  We have used the recent break to formalise some of our processes including our relationships with Booking Agents like you.  Essentially our most appropriate offerings fall into these distinct categories:

• Airport transfers starting at $11pp
• Partybus cruises from one to several hours’ duration, daytime or of an evening, including school formals
• Winery/brewery/distillery tours organised by you or your client
• Customised wine/beer/gin/food tours booked by us, including Mystery Tours

The Adelaide cellar door scene is unique in its proximity to the CBD, its scale, variety, popularity and global recognition.  Demand for tours has been increasing for some years now, with existing establishments expanding and new ones emerging.  Coming out of COVID there is a distinct optimism in SA surrounding food & wine tourism. 

Having said that, venue capacities, offerings and acceptance of groups for various occasions (hens, bucks, 21^st birthdays) differ greatly.  It is venue relationships and meticulous planning which will make a successful tour.  At Adelaide Winery Tours we work hard to maintain close ties with staff and owners of wineries, breweries, distilleries, wine bars, hotels, restaurants etc in the regions, matching compatible groups and venues. 

You and we both run a business for profit.  By working together as efficiently as possible I believe we can both benefit and have customers coming back time and again.
