Do you like driving? Do you have time on your hands?
All of our guys and girls are part time. Many have another job, their own business or are semi-retired. The nature of our work means weekends are the busiest times. Please take a look around this website, and you will gain a fair understanding of what we offer, and consequently what you need to bring to the table.
Not just a job!
Cliche I know, but driving with us can really compliment your lifestyle, fitting around other commitments like sports, child minding, volunteering and holidays. Or even a fun way to boost your income in addition to your current Monday to Friday gig. This is an opportunity to explore greater Adelaide and the winery regions whilst earning a dollar. You will even get to enjoy lunch at our favourite venues “on the house”. Touring is primarily on weekends, while some mid week transfer work is also available.
Every six weeks or so we all get together for a BBQ or a driver winery tour. YOU READ RIGHT, you get to swap stories with your fellow drivers and staff over a snag and a bevvie, and whilst playing tourist in your own back yard trying out the local wares. Spend a day wine tasting, eating and partying, erm, I mean “taking a field trip for market research purposes” at no cost to you. How cool is that?
Our home is at Thebarton, with easy public transport or car access, handy to the CBD, airport, Glenelg and Port Adelaide.
Essential attributes
All of us love being around people, and enjoy showing off Adelaide and South Australia to tourists from near and afar. We can relate to everybody, hold an appropriate conversation and share a story. We have lived in SA for several years and know our way around, are absolutely reliable, honest and accountable. Our communication skills are second to none. We take pride in our professional appearance and speech. We understand that in Adelaide, repeat customers are the be-all and end-all.
The right person will have a story to share, is social and probably likes music, food & wine/beer. Know anyone like that?
No age restrictions (at the moment our spread is mid 20’s to early 80’s), and with the recent rule changes to pensioners’ earnings limits this could be just the thing for you => or maybe someone in your friends’ circle.
