While we still recommend booking ahead at your favorite places, a small group cellar door wine tour is the ultimate in flexibility and spontaneity. Between you and your experienced driver you can explore to your heart's content, stay a little longer or increase the pace. Many establishments offer gratis tastings for couples and small groups, while some wineries and most breweries and distilleries charge.

Cheese & Wine Trail
The Udder Delights Cheese Cellar is the host and starting point of the Adelaide Hills Cheese and Wine Trail, a three course progressive picnic that includes locally produced artisan cheese. Each course is held at a different cellar door, and is matched specifically to the wine offered for tasting.
